1994 Chrysler Le Baron GTC Convertible, Very Clean Showing Minimal Use, No Rust
West Coast car, so never exposed to salt. Started in New Mexico, then Oklahoma, Seattle and now in my garage in Barre, Massachusetts. Driven only on sunny summer days since I have owned it.
Engine starts easy and runs extraordinarily smooth and quiet with excellent acceleration. Has been delivering 30+ MPG using the recommended regular grade fuel. Recent oil change with Mobil-1’s best synthetic oil. New air filter.
4-speed automatic transmission operates like new, smooth shift points and responsive downshifts. No unusual sounds.
Power seats, power windows and door locks. No remote fob, only key.
Headlights have been converted to LED, as have all the marker and taillights. Interior lights have all been changed to LED. All of these lights run much cooler and use much less electricity.
Great battery, perfect brakes with no grinding or screeching noises, recent high value tires, new accessory serpentine belt and idler pulley.
Air conditioner works flawlessly with no charge retention issues. New A/C drive belt.
Suspension works well, with no noises.
Electric powered open/close convertible top operates smoothly, quickly and precisely, with no unusual noises. Can be opened or closed at up to 30mph. Latches above windshield are easy to unlock or re-secure when opening or closing the top. The cover bonnet (like new) makes for a visually appealing look when cruising on a sunny day, reminiscent of a Mercedes SL.
The rear window is the factory-optional GLASS with electric defogger/defroster. A very useful feature.
Original color was Grey, but 3rd owner paid nearly $3,000 to change it to Red. No body work was needed. Owner had the paint shop fill-in the recessed “Le Baron” designation in the lower door trim. I have the receipt for this.
Interior shows very little wear. Convertible top is like new, as the car was always stored inside. I have added a Chrysler top-protection treatment.
High-end Kenwood stereo, with removable faceplate and USB-input.
Lastly, I bought this car from owner #4 in Seattle, Washington. I had it brought to my home in Massachusetts via car-carrier tractor trailer. I can confidently recommend the same transport service if buyer elects this option. I paid under $2,000 for transport. Buyer would be required to pay the quoted transport cost if used.
The car looks stunning and gets lots of double-takes. Some have come up and asked if this was really a 1994 Le Baron GTC, a car they haven’t seen in over 20-years.
I was a Harley Davidson Road King rider, but bought this car so I could continue the feeling of freedom that only open-air touring can deliver. I am at a stage in life where I need to downsize my toy bin.
Good luck bidding.
