This 1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue is a classic car that has been well-maintained and preserved for over 30 years. It comes in a beautiful blue/ grey color and has a clean title. The vehicle has 14724 “original” miles on it and it runs great. These are legitimate, original miles. I posted a video on YouTube: “1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue for sale 14700 original miles”. When I removed the wire wheel covers to rotate and inspect the Original Equipment Goodyear Arriva tires there was one set of scratches on the painted steel wheels. They had never been removed prior to this and there are no chips or flaws on the windshield or front end. Perfect for car shows, occasional use or as a daily driver. The pictures and video ( if your on the eBay motors app… and if not I highly recommended it) speak for themselves. This car would be a great addition to any collection or for someone who appreciates classic Chryslers.
Vehicle Details
This Fifth Avenue spent most of its life garaged and it looks like new. It is original, unmolested, in excellent condition overall and has just been thoroughly inspected and properly serviced. All fluids are new:engine and transmission oils/fluids and filters. New brake, power steering fluid and rear differential hypoid oil. The coolant has also been replaced. This car could be dependably driven daily and the mileage will go up a little because I’m driving it. The tires have high tread count, no dry rot and are in excellent condition. Basically the car has a years worth of driving on it and I’m confident that the car could be driven cross country safely without any issues. This is my brothers car and he bought it from a guy who inherited it. I’m selling it for my brother and I’ve worked on cars professionally for forty years. I personally went through this car to turn it into a dependable daily driver. The alternator, voltage regulator and battery are all new. I went through the brakes, shined up the slide points and applied anti-seize compound. The car also has new headliner fabric appropriate for the 1980’s era.
The air conditioning blows cold, has been converted to 134a and everything pretty much works as it should other than the back drivers side window that needs help going up… and that same doors opera light does not illuminate as the passenger side does.
This old girl is loaded up with full power : power windows, door locks, antennae, fine Corinthian leather seats, trunk release, steering and brakes. She has cruise control, full spare tire, optional ultimate sound AM/FM cassette stereo, rear defrost and wipers with delay. She has two sets of keys, the original owner’s manual, warranty info and also the factory Mopar service manual. Loaded up very nicely for an old school car. The car is also advertised locally in Lexington Ky.
