RARE 1984 CHRYSLER LEBARON CONVERTIBLE

1984 Chrysler LeBaron Additional Info:

My wife said sell the convertible! I said NO WAY, so I am selling my 1984 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible. This is a nice car and I have taken care of it. I only drive it around town about once a week and it is under a car cover the rest of the time. It's so nice to drive with the top down and people see it and ask about it.

The body is rust free and very nice outsideof afew scratches and blemishes on the paint. I am pretty sure it is the original paint job. I put a new radiator in it (the right one) Just before I put it away for the winter. It drives great but has a lilflub til it gets warmed up. It needs new strutsthat I have sittingin the trunk. You can feel it a little on a bumpy road but not too bad. All the windows row down and up except for the passenger side front. It makes a noise when you try.

The top is as nice as can be, looks almost new. I am not sure if it is an aftermarket one but it raises and lowers perfect. It could use a muffler, it is not loud or anything but the muffler has a hole in it. It has a radio but no faceplate, in other words it won't work.

The tires look like new. I put a new battery in and new hoses and belts and wipers. It will start with a touch of the key. The seats have a few tears in the drivers side and the previous owner put duct tape on them. The digital speedometer works great on it but the odometer does not light up. I ran a Carfax on it and the previous owner had it about 20 years and it last reported having 145K or so on the miles. I probably have not put on 1000 in the year I have had it.
