1963 Chrysler 300 Convertible Pace Setter Car (with parts car and spare parts)
This Chrysler 300 is a Pace Setter or Indianapolis 500 pace car. They made 1900 of the “803” which is the first three digits of the vin making this a Pace setter. The car needs a lot but is worthy as they bring up to $40,000 when restored. The frame and unibody is not rusted out. I did not see any rust thru except the rear floor pan area. There is A small area in middle of trunk also. I have a clear title in My name. The car has the motor and transmission intact. It is a 1962 383 and push button 727 although the motor is stuck. I would say that the drivetrain is original.
The car comes with a second Pace Setter “803” car which also a 383 motor and push button 727. Motor is also stuck. The frame is good is this car also. There is no title but had a Vin check from police and came back Clear. This car could be restored also but needs floor pans and trunk pan.
The cars come with a bunch of spare parts as seen in photo. I would love to see someone fix these up. I actually have two other 300’s that could be bought separate also.
I have more pictures upon request. Local inspection is encouraged, if you live close by. The first 9 pictures are of the first car. The tenth picture is of the spare parts. The last two pictures are of the parts car.
Please refer to photos, this item is sold in as is original non-restored condition
