1989 Chrysler Conquest TSi Additional Info:

1989 Chrysler Conquest TSi
This is an extremely hard to find car in running and driving condition. These are getting very rare and sought after. 89 is the best year too. They didn't make that many 89's, which had wider wheels and more hp with the special handling package. Same exact car as the Mitsubishi Starion but was rebadged for Chrysler or Dodge with few changes. This car was rescued from it's long time owner with tons of receipts. You and I both know for one of these to make it this many miles, it's had a lot of loving maintenance over the years. The car is NOT perfect at all but its a very solid rust free driver you can fix up at the same time. I will be totally up front with all the goods and bads I know below:
GOOD:
-1989 best most sought after(higher HP and wider wheels, better suspension, etc)
-Clean AZ title
-Longtime ownership CA/AZ
-Rebuilt transmission 6K miles ago
-AC just converted to 134 and is cold! (one new AC line too)
-Just about everything works! Even cruise, radio, headlights, etc.
-No warning lights on(except washer fluid)
-Brand new tires
-New battery
-Fresh oil and filter
-Newer cap rotor wires
-Runs and drives good
-No rust
-Interior in decent shape with working radio and EQ!!
-San Marino Yellow
-Records
-NONE of your friends will have one!
BAD:
-204K miles(or a testament to the love it received)
-Oil leak
-Power steering leak
-Shift boot has discolored from sun, along with leather on steering wheel
-Passenger side power mirror doesn't work half the time
-Rear hatch release inop(key doesn't work either in hatch lock(still looking into seeing if it's a valet key maybe)
-Body damage(might be able to push some of it out, but headlights still go up and down fine!)
Overall, a super cool, collectible sports car you can drive now while you fix her up!
