1962 Chrysler 300 Series some missing Additional Info:
I have a complete 1962 Chrysler 300 that starts and runs. The doors are funky and there is some rust on trunk groove and on one lower passenger side. I think the engine was rebuilt in the early 90s, so I don't know the acutal mileage. I'll get a reading off the gauge and update the listing.
Some rust in floor board and trunk bottom.
Automatic push button transmission, Currently registered with a clean title, I am requesting a new copy of the title from DMV, but it is in my name, should be here in a couple weeks or we can do a paperless title transfer in California. I just put new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. The valve cover and exhaust manifold leaks and the muffler has some holes along the pipe. 2 Door, Luxury Sport Model with a 383 engine, not a Hemi.
The power seats don't work and most of the electrical will need to be tested for the lights, ac, heater, etc... I pulled the carpets to keep the floorboards from rusting. The headboard lining is torn, but I did not remove it. The back seats are the original, front seats and dash have been redone. All the windows are there. Runs, Registered and drives. Never needs smog. I have reprint of the service manual in two binders.
