1939 Chrysler Royal Additional Info:
1939 Chrysler Royal C22 Sedan in need of restoration. Original 1939 engine #'s match current NYS transferable registration - Original 1939 body #'s match Chrysler build sheet. Starter (solenoid?) just died when trying to start the engine. Was running fine prior to being put into storage. The only thing that needed to be rebuilt at that time was (and still is) the clutch. I changed the oil and spark plugs just before the starter died last week when attempting to start it for the first time this year. The engine turns freely but the original 6 volt coil is weak. Front bumper driver side bracket lose / bent and drivers side vent glass is cracked. I have all the stainless trim pieces not shown except one small straight 5" piece. I even saved the one broken piece on the grill. Shop manuals included with sale. I have owned this car since 1988 since I bought it from the original owners family. Will help buyer load the car for shipping at the buyer expense.
