1926 Chrysler 4 Door Sedan Model 70 Additional Info:
I storage since 1958, in a barn No rust (except the apron below the radiator), no rot, no mice. 99.99 percent complete. Five brand new whitewall tires, all the glass is good including instruments, headlight lenses and the taillight. The engine is complete and moves a little but will not turn over. Lots of history, list of previous owners, original 1926 license plates. All the mechanicals work, beautiful wooden steering wheel in perfect condition, wooden spoke wheels nice and strong. The vinyl canvas roof was torn off because it had ripped and the owner thought it would attract mice. The fenders have a few small dings but the body is straight, the doors open and close like a new car. Three privacy window shades remain above the rear windows. Also included are the original owner's manual, a lubrication chart, receipts, a beautiful tax stamp from 1946 and more. The previous owner put oil down the spark plug holes and got the engine to move a little bit. He managed to break one spark plug but it wouldn't take much to get that motor running. All the instruments look like new or nearly. The mohair interior is in pretty fair shape. The driver's seat shows wear and is split. The rear seat cushion is not the original but is correct, except it's leather. Low reserve.
