This auction is for a beautiful 1969 Camaro X11 code convertible that was restored years ago but still runs drives and shows very well today . The paint is done in PPG brilliant red with white accent stripes and just totally pops in the sun.The engine is a very nice 327 V8 built to 350HP with flat top pistons and a nicehydraulic 480 lift camshaft and double hump heads topped with a performer RPM intake .The trans is a fresh turbo 350 with a mild stallconverter that works nicely with the 350HP engine.The rear end is a 10 bolt built with 3:73 gears and a positraction unit mated to brand new rear multi leaf springs.The front suspension was rebuilt using many new parts as well as a rebuilt steering gear box and power disc brakes .The interior is done in beautiful 711 code standard black with correct head rest bucket seats and console and also has a working in dash tachometer . The convertible top is very nice and the trim and glass look great too.The 15 inch rally wheels are wrapped in white letter T/A radial tires with custom knock off bowtie center caps and new OEM style beauty rings.The exhaust is a high dollar custom built stainless steel exhaust system installed professionally and it sounds amazing.The car looks very clean underneath and appears to have original floors and trunk . The rear quarters were replaced many years ago GM NOS full quarters and the part numbers are still visible .
