1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Additional Info:

Here in this listing we have a very nice 1967 Chevelle convertible. Triple black beauty. This car runs and drives great. Turn the key and go. It will need some attention to be a perfect car. There are no issues to hide. It has some rust in the trunk pan and some rust on the floor bracing. The floor pans are still in good shape on the car, see pics, just some of the bracing has some rust. Common issue on these cars. The trunk has a sheet metal patch on the left side covering up a small area. The trunk pan will need to be replaced at some point. The frame is in good shape. The paint on the car is really nice and straight. It does have some bubbling on the lower side of the car below the molding. I had a good paint guy check it out and he told me the paint on the car is beautiful and he wouldn't paint the whole car. Fix the few bubbles, match the paint and paint from the molding down. The interior is in good shape with no rips or tears. The carpet is in good shape. The dash pad has one crack but I have a replacement for it and will give to the new owner. The power top is in good shape. It operates like it should up and down. It does need a new plastic zipper-in rear window as it is discolored and the zipper is broke. Everything electrical works the way it should. All the lights, brake lights blinkers, etc.....all work correctly. All gauges work including the fuel gauge. The radio is an older aftermarket radio. It works correctly. The tires are in great shape, plenty of life left. The suspension is all in good shape with no issues. The brakes are still all original non power drum. The car stops with no issues. The motor is a early 70's corvette 350 with an upgraded turbo 350 Trans. The car runs and drives good. No noises, smoke, or unusual sounds. Overall the car is a nice car that needs nothing to get in and enjoy it right away. Turn the key and go and enjoy the rest of the years beautiful convertible weather. This car turns heads where ever it goes. Anything that is needed on this car is pure cosmetic. It doesn't need to be done right now. The car has clear paperwork. In NY for this year it's a transferable registration card and a bill of sale needed for sale. I am sure I missed something in the listing so please feel free to call me anytime at 347-386-4048.
