Up for sale is my 1985 Chevy G30 Sportvan with Pathfinder 4x4 conversion, carbureted 350 V8 with dual exhaust. The van has been renovated to be a camper van. The van started it's life as a church van, then sold at auction, and then bought by me and I built up the interior.

There's an override switch that can be used to connect both batteries and essentially jump the van for starting if the starting battery is dead. Mechanics:The van runs and drives great!It has about 168xxx milesChevy 350 V8, carburetedIt starts reliably and overall is in great mechanical conditionLast summer I took it from WA down the west coast and across to CO without any major issues (see below)One of the two air smog pumps seized, the pulley was removed and a shorter belt placed to work around the issue. This does not affect how the van drives or runs, so I did not deal with it further. However, it may present a problem when trying to pass emissions tests if your state has them.The steering is loose, though not awful for a 31yo 4x4 one ton van. I replaced the power steering pump and power steering gear shortly after purchase and this helped the problem immensely, though it's still a bit sloppy.New radiator fan clutch (the van was starting to run a bit hot coming through NV last summer, a new fan clutch fixed that issue as it was pretty old and obviously didn't work well)It has AC however it is not connected to a belt (see above, it was in the same belt circuit as the smog pump) I cannot comment on the function of the AC or it's components as I never messed with it, or even turned it on.
Body:The body is in fantastic condition!These old work vans are known to be used and abused, but this one is very solid for it's age!The major rust was in the rear floor, which I took care of (see pictures).There is a spot of rust on the rear driver quarter panel that should be addressed at some point to keep it from becoming a problem. However, at this point it is about a 1" diameter spot of rust that has bubbled through the paint.The underside of the driver side rear door is rusty where the seal attaches. This is the worst rust on the van as I believe it was involved with the floor rust.I speculate the old floor rust was from holes that had been drilled in the roof (maybe for an antenna?) where water had leaked in and down the wall and collected in the back. The screw holes in the roof were fixed and the floor repaired, but the bottom of the rear door needs attention at some point. It does not allow exhaust or drafts into the van at this point.The paint is a unique shade of light sea foam green, however it's faded and has clear coat flaking in spots with lots of paint chips on the front and mirrors from road debris over the years. Some places, like along door edges, the paint is worn off with either metal or primer exposed.There are some dents here and there with the biggest being the passenger rear quarter panel on the side. It was scratched through the paint too so I sprayed it w some primer to provider cover as it doesn't pose any issues.The frame and underside are in very solid and great shape!The window seals are dried and cracked, could be replaced at some point.
