This auction is for a 1964 Chevrolet Impala Two Door Sport Coupe. Original 327 V-8, 4 BBL, 250 HP, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Factory AC (compressor seized and is in the trunk), Tinted Glass, Bumper Guards, Fender Skirts and Rear Mounted Antenna. I owned this car approx 15 years ago and it was one of the best 64 Chevys that I had driven. The car still drives and performs excellent. It has had a recent upgrade of Front Disc Brakes with Dual Master Cylinder and Proportioning Valve. Recent new Dual Exhaust with Headers. Still has original radio but has a new Clarion CD Player under dash. The car still retains its original interior and is in very nice shape with the exception of a couple of minor cracks on the dash pad by the speaker. Windows roll up and down beautifully. Doors open and close as new. Trunk is in great shape. The body on the car is very nice and is good and straight down both sides. No rust through of any type. Undercarriageis good and solid, all body mounts and braces are nice, frame is also in great shape. The only rust through issue on the car is on the under side of the front of the hood lip. It has had some prior repair and is a common area prone to rust on these cars. Should be taken off and cleaned up nicer. All the radial tires are in good shape. You could jump in this car and drive it home with a smile on your face. We have prior Maine registration and proper dealer transfer paperwork should you need a title in your state.
