1994 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:
It is with the heaviest of hearts I am selling my much loved and cared for 1994 Chevy Corvette. I am the second owner of this automobile and I have owned it since 1996. It has always been garage kept and has never ever been beat on. I have treated my car with loving hands since the day I got it and I can assure you it is all original. The corvette has a removable glass targa top and tinted windows. The exterior is torche red and the interior is a custom combination of black and red. The current millage is 118,310 and it hasn't seen many roads over the last 3 or 4 years as I had it in storage until I could get a couple things done to her. She was a seasonal car and only taken out for probably 5 months each year when not in storage. What she needs - There is a common problem with crystallization of the glass tops - as this top is the original one it has crystallized. There is no damage to the top itself it is just internal similar to when a double glass paned window gets condensation from gasses between the pains except in this case its crystallization. As I stated she has been sitting for 3 or 4 years and just before I stored her she received new tires and a full tune up. I would suggest a flush of all her fluids and probably another tune up. The spark plugs might not be firing to their true potential however she still roars upon start up as one would expect. Currently at idle she runs rough but again I am confident after a tune up and fluid flush she would be a solid performance machine. If you want to keep it original good luck finding a radio that hasn't dimmed - a portion of the radio light no longer lights up so if you could live with it great or just replace the radio. The AC needs to be charged. The lighter doesn't work - pretty sure it's just a fuse. I should also mention a few years ago she was broken into and of all things her fuse box cover on the passenger side was stolen. I tried to find a replacement but they are no longer available via an Eckler's catalogue and the part was discontinued by GM. Again if it bugged you I would say hunt one down in a salvage yard there has to be one out there somewhere. Other then that she is pretty much what you see is what you get and she is 100 percent beautiful. I am sure if you search you will see little nicks from rocks here and there but I am telling you this car has been cared for. Growing up my Dad always had a corvette so it was the only car I ever really wanted. The truth is after owning one it still is my only true dream car. She's like a beautiful woman and if treated with love and kindness I assure you the car will not disappoint you. It destroys me to have to let go of her however the time has come. Revision note - There has only been two owners of this vehicle. I am assuming this is showing up as three owners because of a name change when I got married.
