1968 Camaro Z28

1968 Chevrolet Camaro Additional Info:

For sale is a 1968 Camaro Z28 .This car was a drag car in the 1970's then it was retired to a barn where a father saved it for his son for about 30 years but when he gave it to his son but the son didn't want it so he sold it. I bought the Camaro in 2006 at which time I started a complete rotisserie restoration. Is this a real Z28? I have no documentation but there were signs that it was so that is how I built it. The Body is completely redone and painted in British racing green with white stripes which is the correct color per the trim tag for this car. The interior is black and all new .The engine is non matching number but is a correct 1968 MO 302 which was completely rebuilt to factory specs but I did add roller tip rockers, Scat connecting rod, a complete balance job by Malcuit Racing I also added hardened exhaust and intake seats as well as one pc. stainless valves. I built the engine so that it could be driven without the fear of anything happening to this rare engine. The transmission is a non mating number Muncie M20 and is backed by what I believe to be the Original 12 bolt 3:73 posi-traction rear end. The original 4 piston calipers were sent out and rebuilt with stainless sleeves to make them trouble free .The tires are new bias ply Goodyear's that would have came new on this car In 1968.
