1962 Chevrolet Nova Additional Info:
1962 Nova 400 Convertible
Complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration pro touring. I have owned this car for 4 years. When I bought the car it had been sitting for 20 years in Bakersfield CA. It was a nice almost rust free CA car. A little rust in the floor pans. The car was completely disassembled, media blasted, put on a rotisserie, mini tub was done and rust in floors was repaired. Here is a partial list of the brand new parts that were purchased for the build of this car: TCI pro touring front clip with 14” Wilwood brakes, Ride Tech coil over adjustable shocks, power steering. TCI rear 4 link with Curry 9” Ford rear end housing 31 spline axles, 389 True Track locker, 13” Wilwood brakes, adjustable coil over shocks, brand new drive shaft. New Tanks Ink gas tank with fuel pump intake, 3 pass high performance radiator with 2 fans, 2 1/2” exhaust with tail pipes to the back of the car, TCI headers, New EFI wire harness and computers from PSI. New bumpers, most of the trim is new. New seat covers, door panels, carpet, seat belts, convertible top is canvas cloth like a european car. New Lokar shifter. New smoked gray glass with new window frames. REV rims 17x8 front, 17x10 rear. The engine and trans came out of a 2012 Sierra pickup with 10K miles 5.3 4L60 trans. The list could go on and on. The car has about 6K miles on it since completed. The car was driven 6K miles with flat black paint, but just recently was painted in Speedway blue-base coat, clear coat.Car has over $40k just in parts and 1500+ hours of labor.
