1974 Chevy C-10 Long Bed One owner solid NM truck

Up for auction is a One family owner 1974 C-10 Chevy Pick-Up. I found this truck doing a job for a customer and traded the truck for my services. Ill tell you everything I know to the best of my abilities. The truck had been sitting for some a year and started right up after installing a new battery and some fresh gas in carb then drove home 14 miles to home. I did replace the tires and a new power steering hose as it was leaking. This truck starts right up and drives good no smoke or any other major leaks its quiet when running. Has a 4 speed manual transmission with granny-low all gears shift fine. Will need a new master cylinder or brakes bled as you have to pump brakes to stop most times. Engine is a 250 In-Line 6 cylinder and has quite a bit of power I didn't expect it to. Truck has 143974 miles. I have original build sheet and purchase agreement and owners manual. Truck was bought new in Demming NM and has stayed in the area since new. Truck has been re-painted in the late 90's but never wreckd to my knowledge. All clear-coat is almost gone and peeled off since then. Truck is solid with only surface rust in bed and small amonuts staring on bottom of doors and right front fender. . Interor is could use some work dash is shot and all gauges are milky looking and seat is worn with small tears . Floor boards are good but vynl covering them is taped all over and falling apart.All Lights work except right turn signal does not (blinker switchis loose) wipers also work . Truck has no AC blower motor seems to always be on and blowing on low speed. Glove box door hinge is missing . Windshield has a chip right in the middle where mirror was mounted I'm sure it could crack any time mirror is included but not mounted. Doors rattle and coud use new felt and window hardware .With some workthis could make someone a good truck to drive as-is or restore . Its a solid truck with no major dents or rust tail-gate opens with ease. Clean NM title. Truck is located in Silver City, NM.
