1949 Chevrolet Other Pickups Additional Info:
1949 Chevy 1-TonEngine -- 235 straight 6 that was professionally machined and rebuilt. All internal parts except the crank are new. New 1 wire alternator, new radiator.Transmission is Muncie SM420 4 speed. New case and seals. PTO adaptor is available but not currently installed (easy bolt on.) New U-joints throughout.Chassis -- Sand blasted and painted with industrial epoxy paint.Brake system -- completely refurbished with new lines (rubber and metal), master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake pads and springs.Electrical system -- Upgraded to 12 Volt & completely rewired with new modern wiring harness. 12 Volt electric wiper motor.Tires -- 6 new tires with new tubes and flaps from Coker Tire.Interior -- Many new items including gauges and switches.Exterior -- Left the way it was found except rust repair was completed with weld in patches. Some redneck patches were applied to complete the authentic look.All extra parts are included. I have over $15,000 in this truck.
