1971 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:
I bought this car over three years ago. It's a numbers matching, all original, freshly restored beauty. It needed a paint job when I bought it, but I went ahead and had the whole thing professionally brought back to fresh out of the factory condition. It is a factory AC car with the original compressor restored and working. New chrome bumpers on the front and back. I've put about 700 miles on it since the restoration that finished just a year ago. It runs and drives like a beast. It has aluminum heads/intake, bored 0.030" over, MSD ignition, and custom 3" headers/exhaust with Flowmasters. Everything else on the car is stock. The exhaust is the only thing that doesn't look factory. And that 3" exhaust sounds mean. Most people think it is a big block car just based on the sound. It has won awards at local car shows. It is garage kept, never sees rain, and is meticulously cleaned and cared for.
I have almost $80K invested in this car. The restoration was $56K. I have all of the paperwork for the restoration and other work done on it while I have owned it.
