1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Additional Info:

Up for sale is my factory 4 speed 68 Chevelle with a 396/402 Big Block! No rust bucket here! Car is solid with all original floors and trunk pans. Factory bench seat car! Has 12 bolt rearend! Here is the long list of things I've added and replaced since I bought car. Lot more invested than what I've started no reserve auction at! New seat covers, carpet, Muncie 4 speed, McLeod Clutch, wilwood brakes with master cylinder, retrosound stereo with kenwood front and rear speakers, Lakewood scattershield, March belt drive system, 4 core aluminum radiator, new weld wheels with Mickey Thompson tires (15x8 rear and 15x3.5 front), QA1 upper and lower rear trailing arms with braces, QA1 shock springs, Moroso front and rear shocks, energy suspension body bushings, 3" stainless xpipe with stainless pypes violator mufflers, Quik fuel 850 carb, MSD 6AL electronic ignition with pro billet distributor, Taylor wires, spindles, hurst shifter, dash bezel, knob bezels, door hinges, grant steering wheel, Autometer Super Comp Gauges, AGR billet power steering box with March braided lines and reservoir, k&n filters, door seal plates, hooker ceramic coated headers, and some other stuff I know I'm forgetting. Have all receipts from year one, summit racing, etc. from hard earned money spent on this Chevelle. Car has 35+ year old laquer paint job. Still in great shape and had plans to repaint but didn't have the heart to get rid of the history behind paint. Big Block 396 was built using Keith black Pistons and rods, comp cam roller rockers, timing chain, big cam, etc. engine is very aggressive and sounds awesome. Car runs perfect and drives anywhere. This Chevelle is almost new except for the paint and body work when it's decided to get rid of the awesome laquer paint job. I wouldn't say this is a show car but it's close to it and it's an awesome driver. It's never seen the rain and always been in doors since I bought it. Last owner said it stayed in a garage for years without motor or trans in it and this is probably why it's still solid and not a rust bucket like most you see. I have many extra parts I bought that will go with car. Most parts other than what is listed were bought as original NOS parts. If any questions let me know. Car sold as is with no warranty. $500 non-refundable deposit expected at end of auction and remainder to be paid when you pick it up. Thanks for looking!
