1955 Chevy Short bed Stepside Small Window Upfor auction is a very clean 55 Chevy pickup that is real close for paint, this truck had a good life as no dents in bed sides back side and tailgate is near perfect. The sheet metal under rear window is original and no dents or feller, I have never seen a pick up that has such nice original metal, Rear and front fenders are in excl. cond. and ready for paint with very little filler. doors and hood are LASER STRAIGHT. Dash all original and not cut. Engine compartment is very nice and original. Doors shut nice and hinges good. Cab corners are nice, See photo's. Have many Rechromed parts for truck (see photo's) Nice front bumper, Needs rear bumper (new are 140.00) The speedometer cluster is restored and looks like new, Have all parts for dash, missing heater control, Radio, Lighter. The undercarriage is clean and will need little detail work. Remember This little Truck is a project BUT a great truck to finish. The Engine is a 350 Create Motor with less then 900 miles on it has a rebuilt 700r Transmission and a 12 bolt rear end. Drive shaft needs to be lengthen 2 in.
