Southern Numbers Matching Car!! Engine, Tranny, Rearend, correct carb and distributor all match. Original Build Sheet included in excellent shape
Car was originally from TN...sold in 86 w/100k in VA (I have the VA title)...I bought it in 90 w/115k and titled it in MA, mileage is now 122k
Car was restored in 94, was not a frame off resto but it was taken down to bare steel, new fenders and quarters, bumpers, rubbers...etc
It has been stored in a garage ever since and has never even seen rain, just used to go to shows and putt around.

Motor: (Stamp: TO224CTW)

350hp version

original block, heads, intake, crank, rods
engine was gone thru in 98
heads were rebuilt with stainless valves, bronze guides, hardened seats
stock spec pistons but they are Keith Black Hypereutectic pistons
Crank turned and bearings
Cam is a Crower...its a tiny bit bigger than stock.
gear reduction starter
original quadrajet is not on it right now, got sick of always messing with so I put a edelbrook carb on it...much better. Stock air cleaner is still works with it and you cant even tell there's an edelbrook under it. Still have the qjet in a box
original distributor is not in it right now. still a points stock dist in it but its just not the correct numbers one. I have the original one in a box

runs good

Transmission:

TH400 Auto

Trans was resealed and checked out when the motor was out. Did really need anything, all was good

Exhaust:

Stock exhaust, all Walker components. Original cast iron manifolds

Wheels and Brakes:

Original Rally wheels

front disc/rear drum

Radial tires

Interior:

interior was all done over, no rips or tears

Body and Paint:

The car has really not been out too much since its was painted so its still mint, no rust or anything. Maybe a couple of chips but nothing major, one scratch on the top trunk side of the quarter that was touched up, looks ok

Car originally came with a vinyl top, Top was NOT put back on the car...the roof was in perfect shape when it was stripped, liked the look without the top better so I never put it on. Other than that and the radials the car looks exactly when it was on the showroom floor

After having the car for 25+ years and not using it much finally decided to let it go, rather see it be enjoyed by someone that it sit in the garage anymore. If your looking for a 70 ss you probably already know the worth of these cars over others so I'm not going into all that...pretty hard to loose your money with a 70 ss #'s car

****6/16 12:40pm NOTE**** I've have a lot of inquiries most asking the same 2 questions, 1) under carriage pics? 2) rate condition? #1 I will get some under carriage up tomorrow asap somehow #2 I'd rate it as a strong 3, depends on what rating your going by but some might say a 2, IMO a nice 3. Here's Ebay's rating for example: http://www.ebay.com/gds/Vintage-Classic-and-Collector-Car-Buying-Rating-Guide-/10000000001517331/g.html
