1969 Chevrolet Camaro COPO Additional Info:
I bought this car in September of 2014 thinking it was a 396 with 4 speed transmission. It is a 454 bored 60 over. I had to rebuild the engine and install a new transmission. I put a 5 speed Tremec so the highway driving would be better. The first cruise I went to in the car a guy told me he thought it was a COPO. After a year and half of research and getting Jerry MacNeish to come and look at the car we have Certified that it is a COPO Camaro. See the report I have attached from Mr. MacNeish. I would like to thank my friend Ron Wilhelm for letting us use his garage.I would consider selling the car without the engine and transmission. If interested we can talk about it after the auction is finished.
