1994 Chevrolet Suburban C1500 / One owner 203,000 / Never in an accident / Silver with Grey cloth interior / I took my Mother to the local Chevrolet dealership in Plano Texas in 1994 and she picked this Suburban off of the showroom floor / She kept up with all scheduled maintenance for the 30 years she owned it / The 5.7L gas V8 engine was replaced at approximately 145,000 miles in 2018 with the exact same model rebuilt engine / The GM 4L60E transmission was also replaced the same year with a completely rebuilt one / All power windows work fine / No Rips or Tears on Interior Seats - She had it professionally painted 5 years ago with a BMW paint color "Space Silver Metallic" ($1850) / Updated Sony AM/FM stereo, CD player & all new 6x9 speakers / cruise control, door locks & power windows all work fine / tinted windows all the way around / power seats / tilt steering wheel / power steering / folding mirrors / front & back air conditioning system with a new compressor installed in 2019 / 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires with less than 5k on them / Within the past 3 years the Battery & Alternator were replaced / the brakes & all associated parts were replaced plus new plugs & plug wires were replaced in 2020 /// This Suburban was truly just driven by a little old lady and it never lived outside of Texas!
