Vehicle Details

This is my 1971 Chevy Malibu Sport coupe that my grandma's uncle ordered brand new from a worksheet.

This was strictly his highway driven work car for a number of years and then was parked in a garage and used as his secondary vehicle when he got another new one. In 1975 and had a small amount of damage to the back end from an older lady running into the back of it in a grocery store parking lot. They did some putty work on the driver side quarter panel and a couple smaller areas in the back. Other than that this car is 100% original and super solid. It has never been modified or changed or had any of the components swapped out or changed over the years. It drives down the highway completely straight and super smooth for a car of this age. I personally bought it from him when he got too old to do much driving and I had it in storage for almost 23 years. I started it and drove it occasionally and kept the fuel fresh and maintained it but did not hardly put any miles on it. They did not make many of these cars compared to the sedans with a post in the middle between the doors. This is a true hardtop car. It will need a tune-up as far as spark plugs and wires and just small things like that, but fires right up, the choke and everything even still work properly.

This would be an amazing car to start with for anyone getting into classic cars. It would be a wonderful LS swap car as well to use as a cruiser.
