I bought this vehicle four years ago and have been doing updates on it. I wanted to make it more modern. The carburetor was junkie so I paid over $4000 to have fuel injection put in it. Because it has a electric fuel pump it starts very quickly even after it's been sitting for a month. The throttle is a little sticky at first, but after the 1st mile it loosens up.I replaced the battery, the tires, I replaced the wheels, it has a new aluminum radiator. The old one was shot. It has an electric fan which I'm not fond of and may switch back to fan which worked fine. I have all of the old parts to switch it back. I also replace the AC parts with a more modern compressor so the air-conditioning works very well. Heat and everything else work very well. The radio, and the little buzzer for the speed Minder do not work. The headlight doors have been staying up lately. Since they installed the radiator, I've noticed this and I think there is a loose vacuum tube somewhere but they did work fine up until then so I know it's something minor.I also put LED lights in the car, including the headlights, which are much much brighter. The picture of the dash lights was taken actually on a cloudy afternoon and you can see how bright they are. It also has an electronic ignition. There is a small rust hole in the picture on the front right fender. There is no rust under this hole or around it. It's just a hole maybe about the size of a nickel that is there. The trunk is solid with only some surface rust. The underside has very little surface rust but it is totally solid. The interior is like new no cracks. Everything is perfect except where you put your elbow on the door rest. I have a replacement pad for that. I was not really looking to sell, but I have an 1896 Victorian, which I have a big project going on and want the extra cash rather than taking out a loan. I will accept some offers, but I don't have to sell.
