Survivor Classic Car Services Chicago is proud to present this resto-modded 1972 Chevrolet El Camino. This hot-rodded ute has had an abundance of upgrades scattered throughout; some obvious and some a bit more hidden! The engine and transmission have been replaced with a healthy 6.0l LS engine and a beefy 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. This setup is good for 300+ horsepower with almost unlimited upgrade potential! The 10-bolt rear axle has been upgraded with a cast cover and has been coated a deep blue. The interior has seats from a late-model Silverado and a center console & shifter from a late motel Trailblazer. The floor pan and quarters have been replaced and are solid as a rock! Turn the key and the 364 cubic inch cast iron powerplant roars to life. The engine is using a factory GM computer, so all diagnostic capabilities are functional. This transplanted El Camino is a ton of fun to put the hammer down, and is sure to make you smile from ear to ear while the exhaust is screaming behind you!
