1948 Chevy 2 Door runs and drives will need full restoration

1948 Chevrolet Coupe Additional Info:

1948 Chevy 2 door in the family for over 50 years. No family members to restore it and its been at my house setting needs a new owner to enjoy it like my uncle did. it starts up I would start it up every week. But its tired and need work transmission shifts and driver very hard shifting due to linkage I imagine clutch works. every part of it is loose steering shifter petals all need attentionthere is rust bubbles all over it the paint is peeling and is very heavy needs everything. but it starts up everytimegauges needles jump when key is on but not sure if working. there is no key never had one my uncle used a screw driver as long as I remember. you can call me with question David 818 535-564fivecar is located in Lake Havasu AZ 86403paint has shine because I rinsed it off for pictures. thank you
