1956 Chevrolet 3100 short bed pick up. Nice rust free patina truck with an LS swap backed by a 4L60e automatic transmission. Riding on its original frame with a GM front clip, disk brakes and power steering. Truck runs and drives down the road nicely but will need some TLC if you want it to be perfect. The transmission shift high, it goes through the gears fine and may possibly have a shift kit. Either way you can drive it as is or have it looked at and serviced. The driver door needs a good slam to latch shut. Drivers window will not go up all the way, seems it may be off its track. The speedo does not work and the starter can be delayed some times (it will always start just sometimes takes a second to turn over after hitting the ignition). The front wheels rub on deep turns. The reserve is set very low on this truck, its a great opportunity to get a 56 Chevy 3100 at an incredible price. Please feel free to call with any and all questions BEFORE bidding.
