1968 Chevrolet Van Additional Info:

This 1968 Chevrolet Van is a fantastic vintage vehicle that has been in the hands of its current owner for 5 years. This van is growing in popularity, making it a great addition to any collection or perfect for those who love classic cars. While the van does require some work, it’s not far from being on the road.

Vehicle Details

I previously rebuilt the carb, replaced some things on the engine and have the rest of the parts to finish the tune up and then she will be a reliable runner, the brakes do need serviced as well but that’s a simple fix to make her road worthy. The electrical needs some minor work but all the wiring is there to make it easy to replace wires and button the electrical up. The only real bad rust is in two pictures I provided and there’s two spots I didn’t take pictures of and that’s on the floor where the side and back doors latch. The rusted metal that needs replaced is a easy task for someone with a mig welder and little experience. The floor is super solid and the vans body is stout and any rust is just surface rust. I do not have a title because the van came from Alabama and in 68 they Alabama didnt issue an actual title I’ve been told. I can write up a bill of sale and I have a bill of sale from the gentleman I bought it from. In one picture there’s the two seats that need restored and a seat from a school bus that I was going to mount in the back for passengers along with all the pieces to put all the lights back on the van.
