Vehicle Details

1964 Chevy C10 with service body. Truck was built originally with the service body. I purchased the truck out of Northern California about 5 years ago. I installed a Jim Meyer front clip which gives it rack and pinion steering, disc brakes, coil overs and a big sway bar. Rear has a rebuilt 12 bolt with posi and was lowered with springs and lowering blocks. Drum brakes were kept in the rear. Frame is c-notched. A 2001 5.7 LS1 and 4L60E reside where the straight six 3 on the tree once were. Drive line was shortened and rebuilt. Truck has Dakota digital gauges with cruise control. Vintage air also keeps the truck warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A Snowden seat gives the truck a comfortable ride. Truck was totally rewired when the motor and engine harness were installed. The box is in great shape and most cabinets are usable except for one on the passenger side which was damaged in a previous life. I have kept the patina and even a couple spots that are all the way through on the hood as I can’t bring myself to repair them. Lettering was added by Mitch Kim as a tribute to bonneville. I have put almost 35,000 miles on the truc, affectionately known as “ Dick the Brick” since it was finished. I’ve driven it to Dino’s gitdown twic, Bonneville once and Southern California three times as well as used it as a daily driver. I’m sure there’s things I have missed.
