1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Additional Info:

This is a 1956 Chevy Bel Air. It's in generally good condition, but at this point it is a 67 year old car! It starts right up and drives and brakes just fine! The doors close solidly and are aligned well. I think it must be lowered 1-2 inches, I used to have a 1956 210 Wagon that was fully stock and this seems just a bit lower.
The mileage gauge says it's under 37,000 miles, and I'd guess it has 137,000, it doesn't feel creaky enough to have 247,000 miles.
I'd love it to go to a good home! I'm listing off everything I can think of. It's a lot, but the car is fully driveable as-is, so you can drive the car and decide what you want to do with it.

I recently replaced the mechanical fuel pump, and replaced some of the fuel hose under the hood while I was at it.
I've got all of the stock parts, as well as a few spares and upgrades.
I have the original steel wheels and the hubcaps. The car has a 2 barrel carburetor installed, but I also have a 4 barrel carburetor and 4 barrel intake manifold that will both need to be rebuilt to be used. The current 2 barrel carburetor might need to be adjusted, it currently bogs down a bit if you try to floor it without giving it a little gas first. The car runs fine currently, but has a bit of a sooty exhaust, so needs a tuneup.
The side spear trim looks ok, but most of the chrome has wear and tear and some pitting, the front bumper is bent, and the rear bumper has surface rust.

The interior needs some attention. The dash looks pretty good. I have a clock delete installed, but the clock will be included. The door panel on the driver door has been slowly falling apart. The seats don't actually look too bad, but could use fresh foam. The metal door trim pieces are pitted and some of the paint is wearing or flaking off.

I've got the rebuild kit for the automatic transmission but haven't done that yet. The automatic transmission works fine, but the fluid needs to be topped off every once in a while to work perfectly.
Regarding driveability, the car needs front bushings. It's currently squeaky on bumps and a bit loose.
The brakes are original style drum brakes. When I got the car I replaced the brake reservoir with a "dual pot" unit for safety.
The left front headlight has rust underneath, which is common, you can get replacement pieces to patch in if needed. There's also a spot on the bottom right underneath the trunk that needs to be repaired. There's one spot at the right rear wheel that needs dent repair around the wheel arch as well as a bit on the back right door. Other than that, the car has extremely thin paint that has worn through in areas and will need attention.
