We will start off with the exterior of this 210. The body on it is in excellent condition and sports the 2-door post body style. We can see that all the panels have a great fit and that downs the sides are straight. It's showcased by the stunning two-tone India Ivory and Glacier Blue color scheme. It's been redone in the base coat clear coat and has been wet sanded and polished to a mirror finish. Down the sides are slick as ribbon and it's accented by the iconic chrome and stainless package that makes the '55 so recognizable. Up front the grill has a brilliant shine along with the front bumper that features the bumper guards. Out back the rear bumper looks to have been replaced and features the bumper guards. We can see that all the glass in this '55 is excellent along with the seals and weather stripping. To finish off the stance it's sitting on the custom built 18" and 20" Billet Specialty Wheels with Red Line Tires that help to show case the 6 Piston and 4 Piston four-wheel disc brakes.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Delray. On the inside it's done in the color keyed two-tone combo that flows perfectly with the exterior. This is a factory Delray vehicle, and it has the correct seat covers and door panels that all look to have been redone at the time of the restoration. Both the front and rear panels have a great fit and all the hardware has a brilliant shine. We can also see that the side glass goes up and down with ease and a great fit. Both the front and rear seat covers are beautiful, and all the padding and springs are great as well. All new carpet and interior were installed at the time of the restoration as well. This '55 is set up with the Four Speed Manual that has the floor shift option. Looking at the dash we can see it's done in the two tone as well and that all the metal is just as impressive as the exterior. It has the factory speedo and gas gauge that are working. We can also see that it has the added tach along with the under-dash gauges that are working as well. Inside the trunk is all rock solid from the jams to the pan. It's been detailed out in the rubber mat and spare tire.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood we can see that the inner fenders and firewall are all detailed out in body color. The power comes from the 283 V8 that's set up with the edelbrock intake and Three Deuce set up for the carbs. It's dressed out in the finned aluminum valve covers with the Chevrolet Script. For exhaust it has headers with dual pipes and flow master mufflers. When we look under this 210, you'll notice that they did a phenomenal job with the frame off restoration. All new body bushings were installed, and all the floor pans were detailed out in the red oxide primer. The frame is done in black, and we can see that it's all solid along with the all the pans. The 283 V8 is mated to the four-speed manual trans that goes out back to the 10 Bolt Rear end. We can see all new four-wheel disc brakes have been installed that feature front 6 piston and rear 4 piston Calipers. Also, we can see that a new gas tank was installed. On the highway this '55 is a blast to drive as the clutch is in great condition and the everything shifts out smooth. The 283 performs excellent and it handles with ease as well. Don't miss your chance to shift gears through time in this iconic 1955 Chevrolet.
