1955 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

Very rare, beautiful 1955 Corvette Pro Street car built from an ex drag car. Car has a hardtop, and a full tig welded chrome moly roll cage with swing out door bars and new RJS safety harness and belts. Engine is a 406 small block with Scat rotating assembly, AFR aluminum heads, Hamburger custom oil pan, MSD ignition, Edelbrock intake and Holley 850 cfm carb. Transmission is a built 400 turbo with manual valve body, anti balloon converter and Cheetah shifter. Rear end is a narrowed Ford 9 inch with 3.50 Strange center section and axles. Rear suspension is a back halved 4 link with coil overs. Stock frame and suspension from just behind doors forward. Front disc brakes with rear drums. Billet Specialties aluminum wheels, 15x4 front and 15x12 rear with 26X6.00-15R Mickey Thompson front tires and M&H P390-45R15 rear tires, all in excellent condition. Car does have Lexan side windows that secure with a screw. One small crack in fiberglass under left front bumper, already glued back together, just needs finishing and paint, paint is on order.
This is a FUN car to drive and runs cool (aluminum radiator with electric fan) and have no known issues.
