1966 Chevrolet Impala Additional Info:

This was a service car at Lamporte Funeral home in Hamilton, Illinois. Has owners manual with protecto plate and funeral home plate registration from the state paper work. Has a factory spot light on driver fender and a siren mounted on inner fender well. Factory a/c, p/s, p/b power tailgate window. This probably hauled flowers, people, etc. and also doubled as an Ambulance when needed as that is how the were used in small towns back then. Was a 327 car, but engine is gone. Car was sold to a local person and engine had a block failure and could not be rebuilt. Has original power glide trans, Car is basically complete other than passenger door panel missing. Good floors, rear storage area, nice tailgate, rockers, and cowl. Lower quarters have some rust, driver fender bottom, left rear door dog leg along with bottom of spare tire well. Very average for the age. Original paint, and interior. Great untouched original project Clear title.
