This vehicle has been issued a State of ConnecticutVIN and that is the VIN on the Conn. title. All visibleareas of the bird cage seem to be in great condition. This vehicle does not run or roll, frame and suspensionhas rot. You will need to pick this up with a flat bed, it will not roll onto a trailer. Convertibletop only. Non original motor.
