1992 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Additional Info:
All Original. Been sitting for several years as the owner had serious health issues and has since passed just over a week ago. It's been very well kept and is as straight and rust free body as I have seen on one of these 88-94 C1500's. I've cleaned it up a little but it needs a real good hard hand scrubbing and wash. I drove it home 243 miles and never had an issue with it. I will list as much as I can about the truck. I put a set of Polished aluminum wheels on it (Still have the factory's, caps, and lug nuts) Put a new Kenwood deck in it this past weekend with new Pioneer dash and cab speakers, 2 12" Memphis audio subs, with individual amps. Sounds amazing. Just had the windows tinted on monday. New Plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button and replaced the Ignition Control Module while I had it apart. Absolutely NO SMOKE, no even at a cold start. Runs amazing and shifts great. Everything works including the Cruise control. Have not tried the A/C but I'm sure it needs charged. Has a removable 5th wheel in the bed where he used to haul his horses. Still have all the factory Jack and hardware. The factory floor mats are still in it (which need a hard cleaning), and the Owners manual from new. The spare is still under it. Has old school Dee Zee lighted running boards on it and all the cab lights work on the top. It's a solid solid truck. I've owned several of these and 95% of them have some sort of rust issues, but not this one.
What it needs-A hard scrubbing and cleaning. It's been sitting a long timePaint. Still all original and people that know these year model GM's know they peeled bad.Outside door window sash's.E-cable broke when I set it after I got homeCarpet is faded but still solid and good.Head Liner. The board is perfect but the material was sagging so I took it out and do have it put away in dry storage.Good use new pads and rotors/Drums and shoes to be perfect.
I see trucks far worse shape for the money or more money than what I'm asking for these. Would consider a trade on a GM car or Fox Body Mustang, or a good Bagger Bike in good shape.
