IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A 1967 CAMARO WITH A GREAT COMBINATION OF POWER TO WEIGHT (L30/M20) AND LOADED WITH LOTS OF GENUINE GM 1967 OPTIONS TO GET THAT CLASSIC EXPERIENCE, YOU'VE FOUND AN AWESOME EXAMPLE. ITS MODERATELY USED, BUT EVERYTHING IS HERE! If you're seeking raw, bone rattling straight line drag racing power this would not be you're top choice.
The body is rust free, straight and fit is very good.
Rare 1967 Camaro L30/M20 with Original Engine less than 7500 built. The car is fully insured through Hagerty for $53000.00 Now an RS/SS Tribute. Low mileagematching number engine.
Loaded with genuine 1967 factory options including RARE Headrest (which I keep locked in a padded case in my house)! All original metal to include GM SS hood. The car has been garage stored since 1985. Under-body is rock solid and untouched ever!
I just spent $4,875.00 to have the mechanical'sgone through. Receipts come with the car. I replaced the radiator with an N.O.S. unit. Carburetoris the original to the car Correct GM Quadrajet. New spark plugs, wires, all hoses and belts. Control arm bushings upper and lower, ball joints, idler, and pitman arms new. rear springs up graded to multi-leaf. New shocks front and rear. All new brakes, disc up front, calipers, pads, rotors, bearings, booster, master and seals all new. drum in rear, new hardware new, brake hoses, u-joints, yoke and pinion from strap type to u-joint. 12 Bolt posi-traction 3:73 received new seals. Muncie transmission was pulled and sent out for reseal due to it being wet (seepage). Oil pan gasket replaced due to slight seepage. Quick ratio power steering gearbox sent out and rebuilt and sealed due to seepage. Petronix ignition replaced points/condenserset up, an oil/filter change was completed, and a few cosmetic items to start. The incorrect fan shield and fiberglass fan have been replaced with correct fan shroud, OEM fan, and NOS fan clutch. Car is all set needs nothing!Additional parts on hand to replace include [all chrome] OEM Chevrolet script valve covers, beefier 3 mounting point OEM style alternator bracket and heavy duty alternator, OEM Muncie shift handle, SS 350 horn cap. This car was built in LOS (Van Nuys) CA. This is what used to be called a Brass Hat car. One loaded with options to show off the availability typically GM executives and dealership owners would order such cars to show case all of the options. I would say this is probably close if not a one of one set up car.I has great road manners and can be driven on a regular basis. A survivor not fresh paint here nothing to hide what you see is what you get. A Unicorn!
