Have $6,139 in receipts that come with pickup, i.e. free truck if you help me recover parts and labor. (Less than 20 miles since work was done.)

Pickup is located in Mountain Home, Arkansas (Baxter County). Sold “as is where is”. Clear title in hand. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, will make myself available for pick up any time that is convenient for you.

Searched for a good '87 350 Silverado short bed builder for a long time. Bought this truck because it has a good body, some dents, no major rust, and all the glass is good. Factory color is Russet (bronze copper look to me). Bed was changed out at some point.

Intended to do a complete body-on restoration. First step was to get it tuned, rolling, and stopping good. (Paint and interior come last.)

$1,355 Brand New parts installed by professional shop: Drum brake adjusters, drum wheel cylinders, brake hoses, disc brake calipers, brake drums, brake shoes, drum brake hardware, wheel seals, disc brake pads, wheel bearings front inner, bearings outer, brake rotor and hub assemblies, master cylinder.

$1,051 New, pro shop installed: Left fuel tank, fuel tank hanger, sender and pump, cooling sensor temp connector, new TBI fuel injector.

$1,711 New, pro installed: completely rebuilt steering column from "Steering Columns Galore", check repair all lights, tune-up and set timing, all belts, upper and lower radiator hoses, spark plug wire set, heaters hose and clamps, starter with solenoid.

$1,049 New exterior parts (not installed, come with pickup) from Classic Industries and LMC Truck: front and rear fender well chrome moldings, black and chrome lower side moldings, rear tail light lens, front chrome bumper with turn signal conversion, rear chrome bumper, bumper bolts, side marker lights, spilt cowl induction hood.

$704 New interior parts (not installed, come with pickup) from Classic Industries and LMC Truck: Black carpet set, bench seat to Scat bucket seat adaptor, black door panels, ignition / door lock set w/ keys, 2 power window motors, power window switches.

$269 New Edelbrock TBI Performer intake manifold, not installed. ($398 from Summit.)

You can license and drive this truck right now, but it hasn't had a shakedown. Needs air conditioning / heating checked out. Brake pedal has more travel than I like, may need power-brake booster. Wipers work, but intermittent function is not working. Cruise is not hooked up. Right fuel pump, at least, needs replaced. Has a broken shock mount.

Have driven truck a total of 20 miles since work. Will start right up in yard, but no test drives please, no registration or road insurance.
