1966 Chevrolet Caprice.. rescued from the South Dakota sun.. red paint faded as can be just add to the uniqueness of this classic... Currently registered insurednand driven on nice days... I would not hesitate to take her anywhere... 396 factory big block engine... this is a numbers matching, unmoleste, solid ride... yes the frame and floors are solid... a little weak in the trunk but not bad.. the only rot is shown... Black interior looks blue from the sun... top of the rear seats worn... The Caprice is a blast to drive, super quiet, cannot hear any lifters or exhaust noise... Transmission shifts smooth, and it should, I had it rebuilt a couple years ago... Yes, you can drive it home... so, what doesn't work, tail lights, horn, squirters for the wipers, radio and clock... Yes I have a clear title in my name... I am going to miss this one, but that's life... mild more than fair reserve... questions?? feel free to ask...
