1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Additional Info:

This is a rare 1968 Z 28 Camaro, special order car. The paint is Cordovan Maroon, less than 200 were painted that color. Order with white strips, rare white vinyal top and pearl parchment deluxe interior, wood steering wheel, console. And 4.10 posi gear. This is a complete matching except distributor. Engine was rebuilt 1986 and done right ( have recipets .) Trans. is a matching number M-21 Muncie, with back light assembly working. Rear end is special order posi. 4.10. Engine runs excellent. Headers and cowl induction was in trunk and installed a Dealership. I have the original exhaust manifolds and smog pump that was taken off when new. Rear spoiler installed at Dealership to. Paint is fresh and looks real good. Every panels line up great, doors open and shut great. All panels are all original and looks nice except trunk lid. Car runs and stops good, front brakes were rebuilt. I have complete newexhaust. Wheels are original, polyglas tires. New date coded tinted windshield and rear glass. Car came with all tinted glass.Needs door glass installed both sides, have the custom trim that goes around all windows. All new interior and carpet needs installed, new door panels. This car is a early Z-28 witch has 302 on front fenders. I have a new trunk mat, inner front fenders, new exhaust system, new grill. I have about everything to finish car. This is probably the only z-28 built with this color combo. There is just to much to list on car, just needs finished. I will add things to listing as it goes. Trunk is original and rust free, have new molded trunk mat, trunk lid is aftermarket. Tires are like new, tail light bezels and marker lights are new, rear bumper and bumper guards are like new, rocker mouldings are new. Drivers and pass. and one rear floor pan was replaced. Have new control arms for front if you want to replace them, this car was ordered with power steering, headliner is like new. Car was bought new in Florida, sold in 1986 and went to North Carolina, and then Tenn. were I bought it. I have a book with owners, copy of some titles, things bought over the years for car, This is truly one of a kind Z28, maybe the only one ordered this way and a protect-o-plate to prove it. This car can sit for a long time but will start right up, choke is hooked up and working

I have a new grill, tail lights and bezels. New rear tail light harness, stainless steel lines for carburetor, new crome and rubber for rear side windows, new marker lights. Rear bumper and guards are new. Console is real good shape and ready to bolt in. Front bumper and guards may need replaced. Need new side glass seals, stainless around side glass is real good
