Seller’s Note: This L89 was originally assembled from the factory at the St. Louis Missouri plant on Sept. 12th, 1968 within the first 2 weeks of the 1969 production year. Only 390 L89’s produced out of 38,762 total. Documented with original legible tank sticker, window sticker, owner history, and receipts back to 1975 with pictures of restoration. The transmission was recently rebuilt and is a bit stiff and needs to be broken in since there only about 15 miles on it since the rebuild. The heater core needs to be replaced, the car does comes with and new heater core and full-gasket kit. The power steering pump, or the lines running to it are leaking. The brakes will stall if slammed on due to the carburetor float needing to be adjusted. All 4-Lip Seal Calipers have been replaced with O-Ring Calipers because the car sits for long periods of time. The original calipers come with the car.Windshield washers do not work, but everything else does including all fiber optics, the clock, radio, heater, all four vents, the vacuum doors for the headlights, windshield wipers, the cigarette lighter, dash lights, all gauges, and back up lights. Paint is very nice show condition. This L89 is truly a guided missile on steroids! I won a first-place trophy in the corvette class at the only car show I ever took it to. The car is not being sold because of the little things that need to be repaired, but for what it is, "1969 L89!"
