1986 Chevrolet Blazer K5 Silverado Additional Info:
Looking for an alternative to the Ford Bronco because the prices have gotten out of reach, but still want an iconic American SUV...here is your opportunity. The K5 Blazer was produced from 1969 until 1991 where the "Tahoe" badge took over. These were built to perform for the "Blazer" (pun intended) while they went into the woods to explore, hunt, fish or rip down some two-tracks.
We are really excited to offer this very original 1986 Chevrolet K5 Blazer for you to purchase. Is she perfect, nope...but it runs incredibly well and appears to be all original from paint, interior, drivetrain, and gauges (minus stereo). It fires right up and slides into gear with zero issues. The 4x4 system engages properly and it is got the cool factor that so many don't. The very rare Indian Bronze Metallic is quite unique and complimented very well by the Sand custom cloth interior. Vehicle was highly optioned from the factory with; folding rear seat, intermittent wipers, cruise control, 4spd auto transmission, tilt steering wheel, locking hubs, 15in wheels, front quad shocks with ABS, deep tint glass, power rear window, A/C, 3.08 rear axle, 5.0L V8, 31 gallon fuel tank, heavy duty battery, and metallic paint.
Vehicle received a new crate 350 Goodwrench engine about 20k miles ago according to the 2nd owner of the vehicle. Vehicle has the original spare, original build sheet sticker, upgraded 15in chrome wheels and several boxes of extra parts and accessories that go with the vehicle with an estimated value of over $2,500.
These are climbing in value each day and unmolested and non-rusty options are almost impossible to locate. This Blazer came from the hills of Oregon and only two previous owners enjoyed this vehicle and took very nice care of the vehicle to preserve it from rotting away. Needs some TLC on the pain if you chose or just enjoy the fun factor the way it is without the heavy price tag.
