I am selling my 1953 GMC 1/2 ton shortbox pick up that I have used for business advertising in local parades and as a shop truck. It is time to change faces so I am offering it for sale! The truck retains all of the original patina. It has the stock GMC 6 cyl that runs awesome with no knocks, misses or smoke and the 3 speed on the column.
As the video shows, the truck rides, drives and stops. All of the lights work, speedo works, all of the glass is there and windows roll up and down. The body is very solid and the floors and cab corners look great. I would replace the tires before taking it on longer drives but the ones I have on it are serviceable for quick little drives etc. I used a plywood bed that worked great for me. This truck is titled in my name with matching numbers ready for you to register. Really cool truck. This would make a great truck for anyone looking for a entry level daily driver that is into the original patina survivor look. While not a 40k restored truck, definitely a solid fun survivor truck and a great start if you choose to take it to that higher restored level.
