1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1,low miles rare car

This is my brothers very low mile 1990 ZR1.Its an incredibly strong car,even among todays super cars.In the last year its received 4 new Eagle F1 tires,16 brand new injectors,and a brand new battery this week.All works except the radio powers on antenna goes up but only crackle from speakers.Once a year or so have to add a few ounces of fluid to the clutch slave cylinder reservior.I removed the headliner material since it was impossible to drive the car at 6 foot 2 with the material laying on my head.Material can be easily replaced. When you run an auto check it will show in its past a previous owner or DMV mistakenly entered its low miles as odometer exceeding limits,which with this odometer is literally impossible to happen.Miles have always shown as consistent since new.(see pic)Title shows miles exempt in the state of Missouri.This ZR1 came with every available factory option including both solid top and blue glass clear top.The clear blue top was not with the car when my brother bought it,only the solid black was. The Car is for sale simply because it just sits up on the lift in the heated garage and is rarely ever driven.My brother has put less than 1000 miles on this car in 4 years of ownership.Inspect before bidding or have an inspection service perform one.Deposit is non refundabl, full payment in 1 week and car removal within 3 days of full payment.If more time needed we must agree and communicate this before purchase.Sold as is.Window sticker and build sheet are laminated.Original books in glovebox.Clear clean Missouri title in my brothers name in hand.Perfect triple black 90 ZR1 cars in their original wrappers sell for much more than this.This car is gorgeous,but not new or perfect.My brother has about 28k invested in this car,he does NOT need the money.Hes buying a new 2020 800 horse power super car,and simply needs the garage space.If i too had another garage spot for it I would keep it for myself.Please no nonsense or tire kickers,ridiculous offers will be automatically declined.All payments must clear bank before car or title are released.Thank you.
