1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS * NO RESERVE * 4 Spd * #'s Matching * V8 Additional Info:

Selling a beautiful 1968 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible. This is a numbers matching car with it's original 327 engine, matching 4 speed manual transmission, and a matching 10 bolt rear end. The car stars right up, ides smooth, drives and stop as it should. This is an iconic muscle car that get plenty of attention and thumbs up everywhere she goes. She sounds great with true dual exhaust and has plenty of power to smoke the tires on command. The car features power steering and power brakes, that makes it that more enjoyable to drive. The clutch feels good and the 4 speed transmission goes through all the gears with out any issues. The body is in good shape and the Bronze paint shines very well, no bubbles, scratches or other imperfections. The sub-frames, floor pans and trunk pan are in good shape as well. In the beginning of this passing season I replaced the weather stripping around the doors, and trunk to make sure everything seals properly. At that time I also replaced the master cylinder, re-upholstered the front seats, new front door panels (old one looked a bit worn out) front new bumper, 4 new tires (less then 10 miles on them) and bunch of other things that I can't remember now. The convertible top goes up/down nice and smooth, manually. At one point it looked like it had a small tiny tear in it but was patched nicely and I never had an issue, it get's driven with the top down anyway. The car does have a convertible top boot to cover the top when it's down, just not in pictures (forgot to put it on). Unfortunately it doesn't get driven a lot since it was bought. Might need a regular tune up and carb adjustment from sitting, but runs fine as is. The headlights need to be opened by hand do to a leak in the rubber hose. It sat in the garage collecting dust this past season so decision was made to sell her and let someone else enjoy it.
Overall this is a great American Muscle car and will always keep and only go up in value with years to come. She is not a perfect show car or museum quality car but a good driver that you can get into and enjoy the trip down memory lane. It was a blast having this car, she gets plenty of attention where ever she goes.
This will be a no reserve auction and the car will be sold to the highest winning bidder. Sold as is. If you have any questions or to set up an appointment to come and see the car in person feel free to message me. I will be listing the car locally and if a sale should occur I reserve the right to end the listing at any time.
