1990 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Additional Info:

ONE OF THE UNIQUE CORVETTES - FACTORY PAINTED A DARK BRITISH RACING GREEN WITH SUBDUED GOLD METAL FLAKE WITH A TAN LEATHER INTERIOR AND TAN CONVERTIBLE TOP. We added the gold racing stripes to accent the exterior color. NO, sorry the California custom license plate DOES NOT come with the car.....
L98 engine is originally rated at 275 horsepower, but we eliminated the EPA choked down rear pipes with custom exhaust system and added an additional 75 hp, so now closer to 350 horsepower. All work was completed by Scott's Headers - Beaumont, CA, if you know anything about custom racing exhaust systems, then you know who Scotty is. Plenty of get up & go horsepower, but set her on cruise control @ 70 mph, we are now getting almost 25 mpg on the open road trips ! Unheard of for a 1990 Corvette, they usually only get about 16 mpg on the open road at 70.....
When we bought the car it still had the original factory brake system, we replaced with larger slotted disc brakes, (provides better cooling and keeps brakes fully functional when doing tight, repeated cornering). We added a new set of upgraded Corvette rims and installed 4 new, wider, tires on all 4 corners.
Everything functions as it should with the exception of the climate control system - there's a glitch in the switching between a/c and heater for some reason, haven't had time to fix. One other item I should mention, before we bought it, someone had broken into car and stole the radio, so currently there isn't one, you might want to replace, factory replacement units are on eBay for under $ 200.00
As the car is coming up to 30-years old, there is no warranty, expressed or implied, what you see is what you get......PLEASE no tire-kickers or low-ball offers, I don't have the time.
