Absolutely Pristine 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop
New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop 2 Door Coupe with Champagne Lavender exterior paint and a sensational two-tone black and silver interior. This freshly restored classic... features a 383 cid V-8 crate motor under the hood with a Hughes TH400 automatic transmission with a torque converter, a Flowmaster exhaust, a Hurst shifter, power steering, power front disc brakes, chrome and baby moon 15” wheels with BF Goodrich tires, Vintage Air, an awesome sound system and so much more.
This amazing 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air has a mere 3,386 miles on the odometer since it’s complete multi-year restoration and it is in outstanding, like-new condition throughout.
Underwent a Multi-Year, No Expense Spared Restoration
The current owner of this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop purchased it back in 2006 as the 3rd lifetime owner and almost immediately started restoring this desirable muscle car himself from top to bottom. He started by smoothing the body to perfection and spraying multiple layers of Champagne Lavender paint, plus all the chrome, trim and glass were either refurbished or replaced back to like-new condition. The interior was also fully restored with authentic reproduction cloth and vinyl upholstery, plus a great modern sound system and Gen IV Vintage A/C. This classic is truly picture perfect both inside and out.
Additionally, this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Coupe received a brand new 383 V-8 crate engine (385 HP, 385 ft./lbs. torque), an upgraded TH40 automatic transmission, a Flowmaster exhaust and far too many other mechanical upgrades to fully list. This example drives better than new with fantastic acceleration, great handling and strong stopping power from the upgraded power disc brakes- this is a vehicle that you could drive cross country tomorrow without a worry in the world. This no-expense spared build is one of the most outstanding we’ve seen in a very long time and one lucky collector will absolutely fall in love with this vehicle.
Truly Sensational Performance & Undeniable Curb Appeal
Overall, this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop is far and away one of the most impressive builds we’ve seen anywhere in years and it certainly has “Best in Class” potential on just about any stage in the country. Given the extensive costs associated with this build and the simply incredible finished product, this may be one of the biggest steals in our showroom this year. Come see it today because it will find a new home quickly.
