1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6 Convertible
Check out this stunning 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible. I have owned this car for almost 20 years. This Chevelle has undergone a complete nut and bolt, Frame-off restoration with meticulous detail. Yes this is a truefactory SS sporting a glossy red paint finish with white rally stripes, a white convertible top, along with gorgeous pearl white interior. Under the hood is a GM 454ci V8 with T-400 automatic transmission. This Chevelle contains many rare options, including power windows, power locks, power trunk release, and tilt wheel. It has power steering and power brakes. The car still has the factory body panels and original power top with glass rear window that works perfectly. Restored as one of the most ultimate LS-6 convertibles. Good news, it is a tribute, if it were a documented LS-6 with these colors, features and condition it would be $400,000 plus! This car does not have the numbers matching block. I bought this car from the original owner who blew up the motor and I was told the block was replaced. It has the correct square port heads, matched snowflake aluminum intake, has the correct GM hoses and clamps, and deep groove pulleys. Every part is new or restored. Everything is painted in the proper finishes. The cowl induction system is complete and working as it should. Has a Delco battery topper and correct spring clamp cables. It is detailed immaculately. This car is on the cover of the Chevelle Restorer's Guide by Jim Schild. This could be your chance to own this one of a kind sought after muscle car. Feel free to ask any questions. The car has factory 12 Bolt rear end with 373 Gears, The complete drive train underwent a total rebuild when I restored the car. All to original LS-6 spec/s down to the pistons and rods and crank etc All GM parts. I have a video that I took of the car and also it running. I would be more than happy to send it to you.If you want me to send you the video of the car running please send me your email address the file is to large to send through eBay. Also Lot of questions about the body and it has all factory panels that are rust free.
