GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this absolutely immaculate 1961 Chevy Impala! This stunning vehicle comes in a brilliant red paint job complimented by a spotless tan interior. A full restoration was professionally completed in 2015 on the Impala. A year later the powertrain also received an upgrade to a 383ci stroker motor mated to a built 700R4 automatic transmission and a 355 gear. Features of the vehicle include power front disc brakes, power steering, working heat, A/C and... more. This clean example comes to us out of a private collection. As such the vehicle has always been properly maintained and stored. So, if you're in the market for a show ready cruiser sure to turn some heads, this Impala bubble top is the car for you. Please contact us today for more information. The Impala was restyled on the GM B platform for the first time for 1961. The new body styling was more trim and boxy than the 1958â€"1960 models. Sport Coupe models featured a "bubbleback" roof line style for 1961, and a unique model, the 2-door pillared sedan, was available for 1961 only. It was rarely ordered. A "Super Sport" (SS) option debuted for 1961. This was also the last year the top station wagon model would have the Nomad name.
