1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Additional Info:

This is one beautiful and frame up restored 1971 Chevelle, It has been always garage kept, and used for Weekend trips and local shows, This was used in the hot rod power tour in 2018 and was flawless through out the entire trip. It has been redone in magnificent red paint job a few years ago and Blas Super sport stripes properly added, base coat and clear coated. The new black vinyl top is in perfect condition. The front and rear chrome bumpers are all original to the car and look great as well. We've added steel belted radial Firework tires to improve the ride along with American racing polished aluminum 15" wheels all a round. All the of the trimmed bezels are in great condition. We added the SS pins/fender/rear pad emblems. The red paint shines for miles deep see my pic with my hand waving in the paint reflection. You will be impressed. The factory upper 1/4s are all original to the car as you can see i am pointing out with my finger the factory numbers from Chevrolet. All the weatherstripping has been replaced as well. Spare tire and proper jack in the solid trunk as well.
The interior is impeccable, Has the SS steering wheel with power steering and tilt wheel as well. The dash pad and the SS dash cluster gauge package is like new and lenses are crystal clear showing little bit over 7000 miles since restoration. The black SS bucket seats are real good condition and also the SS center console with its factory horseshoe shifter in tact. All the door panels in the car are near prefect along with carpet and headliner. Everything works as it should, I even have the clock working! Dome light as well. I do have an aftermarket radio tucked away in the glovebox and 2 6x9's were added as well, and the original radio still in the dash, I like to have a clean factory look. All the seatbelt front to back are all there in place.Door sills replaced as well. Also a few aftermarket gauges installed infant of the shifter just for extra protection. New rubber mat Chevrolet floor mats as well front and back. All gauges work!
Check out the door jams and lips of the doors on how nice they were painted, Doors and windows open and close with ease of effort. The engine is its factory 350 engine with few upgrades like a set of headers installed, aluminum intake 4 barrel carb in which is tuned to perfection. This is avery low maintain car- just change oil, put gas and make some memories. We added the new style air compressor for cold ac, needs to be recharged at the moment. new hoses as well. Also added was power disc brakes system and works excellent!, power steering is perfect, Also added was the MDS ignition system made a big difference. The transmission is a Automatic turbo 350 and shifts like it should and backed uo with a 10 bolt rear end with a 323 gear ratio, so its perfect for the freeways cruising 70mph at 2500RPM, awesome on gas mileage! Best of both worlds. No overheating problems at all, added newer fan shroud as well. Floors are solid- This Chevelle is ready for the next family to enjoy.
